Most organisations complete HAZOPs and LOPAs and never look back. They assume the study was thorough because it was completed. But completion is not quality.


This session covers how to audit your risk assessment process, from input quality to team competence to recommendation closure. If you have never audited your HAZOPs, this session will show you what to look for. And what you will probably find.
