HIRA Masterclass - Session 2 of 12

DETERMINING CONSEQUENCES CONSISTENTLY

Monday 20 July 2026, 11:30–13:30 (UK time)

"Major" or "moderate"? The answer shouldn't depend on who is in the room.

Most teams assess consequences based on gut feel and experience. The problem is that everyone's gut says something different. This session gives you a structured approach to consequence assessment — including the difference between what could happen and what did happen, and why only one of those belongs in your risk ranking.

With worked examples covering safety, environmental, financial, and reputational consequences.

2 hours. Live. £25.

1 free place available for students, university staff, or anyone currently unemployed. A first come, first served. Get in touch to apply.
